Hi All,

I had a Gottlieb System 80 game that had a lot of cool paperwork in with the manual, caution labels, warranty card etc. I scanned and sent them to Peter (Inkochnito) to reproduce.

I was wondering if anyone had any similar paperwork for early 80s Williams and Bally games?

Thanks for the replies guys,

I'm really thinking of stuff that would have come with the game had you bought it new back in the day. You know, the stuff that was in the envelope with the manual.

I'm slowly sorting out my boxes of manuals and schematics filing them and putting them into a spread sheet. But its a slow process just not enough Daniel hours in the day.

Daniel,

That stuff from your Card Whiz is similar to the documents I found in my System 80 game envelope. I sent scans off to Inkochnito and he has reproduced some of them. You can find them on his website in the Gottlieb section including a file to make your own Gottlieb envelopes. I printed a few out today.

This got me thinking as to whether Bally and Williams games had similar stuff in the envelope. Which is why I was asking whether anyone had any documents from Bally and Williams games - I am hoping to make up a envelope with some stuff in it for some of my other games.

So if anyone finds any Bally or Williams documents, take a scan of them and send them to Inkochnito:

That filing system looks awesome. Is that a filing cabinet? A bit hard to see in the pic.

It's called a compactus its a set of cupboards on rollers that slide from side to side.   There would be well over 600 manuals on that side the other side you can't see has more and the two filing cabinets on the right are full of jukebox manuals.  What bally game or even year do you want info from?  Ill find what extras they had

Here's some reproduction paperwork I made today for Black Knight, Instruction booklet in Game Adjustment envelope:

I got the envelope from a guy on Pinside, you can see his thread here:

http://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/willaims-early-ss-game-adj-procedure-envelopes

Then I used the link on IPDB for the Operator's Handbook:

http://mirror2.ipdb.org/files/310/Williams_1980_Black_Knight_Operators_Handbook.pdf

I printed it out at officeworks as a 'booklet'. Their machine puts the staples in the middle automatically.

I think this is supposed to be attached to the cabinet somewhere, anyone know where?
