Basics of using a multimeter

Thought it would be helpful to have this as a resource for less experienced members.

This web page is quite good, and includes links to videos. It is directed at people doing a correspondence course, but the content is useful.

Good One, Andrew..

Where was this site when we were fixing your Fishtales, Wotto - or was it the Genie ?  %.%

My  :2cents: on MMs - If you have the $$ - Buy a Fluke - Mine lasted nearly 16 years. Cost around $70 back then, the equivalent is around $250 now. Some of the Jaycar / Dick smith ones are a bit dodgy - so keep the receipts if you are not happy you can return it

Handy bit of info there, thanks Andrew.
