Another embryon pinball for sale on ebay. Does this mean we'll be seeing many more? This one is pretty rough and missing stuff

I would not touch one of these if it was missing those two parts

CPR may one day make the plastic set, but they will never run this playfield

One of those machines that is worth some extra effort.. mind you, the game itself needs to sell at a reasonable price for this to be worthwhile.
Plastics aren't really an issue.. theres always someone who will scan them so you can make repros yourself,
Backglass can be bought here.. its pricey though..

Apron?..Im sure a BALLY widebody apron could be sought.. the artwork isn't too much of an issue and could be replicated.
The Playfield is VERY restorable.
Machine would take time to come good but it is a restorable project... personally, id take this on as a project no problem but id want to snap this up under $1K... its close to the money already. Given title and effort, id be hesitant to pay more than around $800

Had a look at this game and can report back on condition. Very rough cabinet and playfield wise. All plastics are shot and need replacing. It had no background sound but that could be a setting in which I forgot to try. Top flipper not working at the time of inspection. Coin door rough and no lock. Of course no back glass, apron, lockdown bar or glass. Hope this helps some interstate people.

Thanks for the report Rob, some day I'd like one of these machines but I don't know how interested I'd be unless the playfield was in good nick and the backglass was there.

Your not wrong, a lot of work and scouring the internet for parts. Worth it if you really want the game and don't mind taking your time getting everything together. I saw on http://bgresto.com they have Embryon backglass listed. I've no idea of the quality but even if it's not perfect it beats not having a glass at all.

i *almost* bid on it, as i have the main parts to complete it, but then some higher bids came in and i backed out....lucky i dont have the money on me either ;-)
