Star Wars DE
« on: June 06, 2014, 08:12:41 PM »
Hi all, a picture of my new topper or (hanger) and playfield mods. The topper is a large interactive model with sounds and quotes from the early SW movies.  The playfield mods are plastic models bought on Ebay and mounted to existing bolts on the playfield with shiny coat hanger wire.

Looks good. You wouldnt want the topper to be any bigger,or youd have to put a skylight in.   %.%
I'm not cranky, I just want MORE pins!

Star wars really lends itself to mods and additional toys. Where did you get the topper ship? Ive been wanted to actually buy a kit and build one to pass a bit of time. Is it very pricey?

Gday Scott,  Yep got the Darth Vader topper. Had the model for a while and thought I would try it as a topper (hanger) I like it for now but may change to the original later. By the way Scott awesome machine.
I found the model on gumtree but I have seen them on Ebay. cost me $100.  It is called the legacy model made in 2008.

Does it feel good to have a DMD machine in your collection?
Isn't that where Fathom was?
If it isn't broke, it isn't pinball.

Those Tie fighters and the X-wing look very cool. Nice work.

If you haven't got it already then I'd recommend getting the new code for this game also. It makes it even better.

When I bought the machine from Scott (Cruiserman) on this forum , the code had been updated.  Great game in great condition. ^^^
