Your local hooker will fit all the criteria and you don't have any of the hassles. I promised myself that if  ever in this situation it is cheaper both financially and emotionally to just buy it. Prepaid I think is better than being on a fixed term plan   also you don't need to stick with the same model

As others have said , this is happening a LOT lately.

Here is my idea.
Get a 4-6 ex married blokes - after settlements etc all can pitch in ( say ) around 150-200k- cash ( that may leave blokes with plenty in cash as well )
All share buy OUTRIGHT a VERY decent property, no bloody mortgage and all bring ya gear.
You could have up to around 40 pinballs, arcade machines , musical gear, motorbikes, cars - WHATEVER YOU WANT!
On top of that there would be no 'girly whining' and cow-tailing and towing the line- JUST FARKIN LIVE AND ENJOY a hassle free life.

All bills split evenly - respect each others requests - keep it clean - and live ......without hassle.
