I hope the seller is not holding his/her breath.  At $US35k or $A41k, you can get 4 NIB Stern premiums or any combination of 4 other manufactures' games, and still have change in your pocket. *.*

Surely nobody will be foolish enough to pay that price.

HUO examples aren't selling at 20,000, so unless the potential buyer is prepared to take a big hit in value for the thrill of opening a cardboard box, I have to agree with you, BB.
