Pins that don't do it for you
« on: June 17, 2015, 08:22:36 PM »
We all have our favourites and as with all things in life and especially so with pinball one mans trash is another mans treasure. Not that I really think that any pin is trash but......what pin just doesn't really do it for you? For me it's Adams Family just can't get into it.

Any pin that does not play like the designer built it to play.
Operators, take note!!! Maintain and clean your pins.
If you don't remember the 70s then you were on drugs.
If you remember playing pinball in the 70s you were having a good time.
If you don't remember anything,  then read about it here,

White Water, I realise I am in the minority here but I just can't get into it.

I have tried, but I find myself walking away not getting what all the fuss is about?  !@#

Cactus Canyon

I will never understand the love and price on this game - JUST because it was the last Bally / Williams. I have put time into this machine, and I can safely say that it is possibly the only pinball machine I've walked away from "mid ball" because it was boring. Just my opinion of course. The only game I can say "I hate"..

Indiana Jones, just not into it.
I enjoy Porsche, Gibson LPs, Bally-Williams & learning about pinball maintenance & restoration.

Indiana Jones, just not into it.

You need to find one set up right
The first time I played it, I did not enjoy
The second time, had a blast
The last time I played , I walked away

It's fishtales for me. Yer I know a very popular title but I hated it. I tried to like it, I really did and kept going back to it but it just doesn't do it for me.
I think it might be the "in your face" boat entrances.

Most boring and over rated for me in order are

AFM, FS, RS and FH. Can't stand any of those.
