RTBB Update
« on: February 13, 2019, 10:47:42 AM »
We have populated over half the old site inventory. We have also added new parts based on new releases and customer requests. Most of our time is spent filling orders at present, so adding the remaining parts will be done as time permits, or as per customer requests for parts that were on the old site. We still accept customer requests for parts that were not on the old site, and not on the new site. If there is a part you are after, let us know.

ClassicPlayfields - Currently swamped with orders (including our December distributor order). Mirrored backglasses are not done as yet.  Once we get the green light, we will order based on customer requests, as their entire back catalogue will be available and there will be simply too much product for us to stock in one hit. We are still not in a position to stock playfields. The current inventory of CPR Backglasses are on sale on the RTBB site presently.

Starship Fantasy - We have all of the ramps re stocked and on the new site other than "Bad Cats" and any colored ramps ("Space Shuttle" and "High Speed"). Whirlwind Toppers should be done within the next 2-3 months due to delays with other products. The long awaited WCS 94 Ramp sets are done and are currently in test - we will stock them as soon as they are available. New products on there way include "Earthsaker" - Subway - in stock, "Twilight Zone" - subway - ETA 3 weeks, and "Whirlwind" - Lift Ramp - ETA 2-3 weeks. Next will be toppers and Whitewater Boulder sets.

If you have not seen or used the new site, we welcome feedback and suggestions. Again, if you are after a specific part for a project not listed, we can assist in bringing it to market.

The full back catalog of plastic sets with the larger distributors such as Marco placing massive orders caused the delays to the smaller distributors such as ourselves. They simply don't have enough hands on deck and they needed to purchase another laser cutter just for plastic sets. They have not turned their attention to mirrored backglasses since the overwhelming response to their changed business. They will get there, but it is taking longer. Even my emails to Kevin take 2 weeks for a response.

Good stuff - as for ramps - any idea if they might have the Indy 500 serpentine ramp any time soon? Reckon they'd sell a heap as soon as done.

Sorry - No - The reason is that the original molds are unobtainable. If they are ever located, I'm sure Larry will re-run. Demand is there - I know of three games at least that need them.

We have populated the new site with just over 2000 products. We have around 500-750 to load up. New parts arriving weekly.

If you have not been to the new site and had a look around - Please have look as there are new parts loaded almost daily.

After we have finished loading the site, we will continue with the Menu system and other aspects that still need fine tuning.

Thanks for the support and patience during this massive undertaking.
