Whats happening at RTBB ?

Apologies for the severe lack of updates, but we have been flat out during Covid and it seems to have continued right up until now. A lot has changed, so here is an overview ;


We have several new distributorships ;


Pinsound
Ramp-O-Matic
Encore Pinball (Freeplay40 Ramps)
Alltek Boards


There are a couple of new Suppliers we have aquired, and that announcement will be made after February.


We are no longer Distributors for ;


Planetary Pinball - Although we are still Exclusive PinballInc Distributors
Pinball Basement


We continually assess our suppliers and if we find thery are not up to our standards, we act accordingly.


Current Distributorships


Classic Playfield Reproductions - Almost 10 years. We still don't do playfields, but we stock most plastic sets and we are STILL filling backglass pre orders as well as adding their products to our inventory.


Cliffy Protectors - Cliff has been overwhelmed and backlogged for MONTHS. Good News is that he is currently working out August order - which is humungous. But overall, he is well behind


Starship Fantasy Ramps - Receiving boxes of ramps as per usual.


Tilt Graphics - Mainly customer driver ordering. Whatever is requested, we order. We restock common items.


Ball Baron Pin Balls - Outside the USA, we are the largest seller of the best balls on the market !


Pinscore - Supply and demand of electronic components to build the boards has been a hinderance for most products, however they are catching up.


Mantis Products - There were some supply chain issues, but they are solved now and we are back to ordering from them.


Superbands - We are not actively restocking Superbands at this time, mainly due to the popularity of the "Perfect Play" Silicone rubbers. These have certainly been very successful and feedback has been VERY positive - so we stock the entire inventory.


Other News


We are able to source from many other suppliers that we have had long standing and successful business relationships with, but we are still customer driven. If there are parts that we don't have in stock - please let us know and we will priotise. If we don't stock the items in our inventory - let us know and we will source them !


RTBB was founded by my very good friend Greg Berry and we continue his legacy. The business has grown from a "Hobby Business" to a much bigger business than anyone would have imagined. Sandra and I would like to thank our loyal customers over the journey.

We are now the Australian Distributor for "Big Daddy Electronics". On their way are new rebuilt kits for Bally and Williams Sound board kits, Rectifier Board rebuild kits, Bally MPU connector kits, Williams SYS 6 interconnect kits, Flash Gordon Strobe Boards (selling fast), Solenoid Expander Board and SYS 80b and SYS 3 power supplies.
