a very nice hg Monaro rego till next month. and needs very little for RW

already to go in is a 350 chev with 5 speed box
new set of mags
new guards and bonnet
new stero system and better alarm.
gts dash and console ( picking up next week)

I will re paint it early next year too.

drives like a dream just got back from picking her up sitting on 80plus miles np on the hume ....

have to fit new screen poor duck ..... sorry tim .

very little rust.

Looks good for a delivery vehicle, will you be growing a mullet to go with it. <.>

Love the cars from around that time,had a two door hq monaro sold it for a thousand bucks,i kick myself everytime i see one now.

Very nice car Mark!  I love it.

Any ideas on colour yet?  Are you keeping it white or going the full respray?  I've got a mate with an original HQSS and I love the metallic purple with the black GT stripes on those...

will be stripped  in jan09 and painted  Cherry Red

confirmed today

a  350 chev Motor  was ordered and will be in next week
a Supra 5 speed box is on its way.

also a little bonus  Flames  exhausts     will be fitted

I am now undecided  on colour

as it has red interior
I have gone off red   paint 
maybe dark  blue  or gun metal grey

either way I have till 7th of Jan  to decide

the motor and box will be fitted by months end
picking up GTS dash and console this week  to be fitted with motor


now to get some mags  as I missed the set on ebay

pictures will be loaded  soon

If it was me, I would be sticking to variations of what colours the 'G came out with....

I don't think the red would be a favourite of mine, I like the burnt orange, closely followed by the dark green. 

A nice clean white is also very good...I like the sleeper look.

the sliver  is very nice    I have seen a few this colour   ,  dark green  is another fav

or just re do it in white     

still undecided
