Things USA side
« on: August 19, 2009, 07:51:36 AM »
Below is a link to my good friend Michael Weavers games room. We started chatting a few years back now and always keep the other informed about new games picked up. swap tips etc. Mikes even put me onto some great deals over the time. 3 of my newest machines to come are from Mike.
Check out the games room... sickening thing is that Mike never really pays more then $300 for any game.. and just look at what you get USA way for $300 max.
We always plan to meet up at Allentown - i never make it... maybe next year.

His latest acquisition is a 1948 Mutoscope Atomic Bomber - wonderful machine, fully works and it was free. Donated cos the guy knows mike will cherish it.

Aaaaaah to be States side.

Heres the link.... enjoy!

Rather live here, but what they pay for their machines. Just look on ebay, good stuff sells for less 400 everyday.

And to think I gave up living in the States to come here and marry an Aussie pinball geek!   :lol  Thing is, he's gotten me hooked now, too.  That Swinger is really cool, love the art!
Play Centipede without a track ball? Um -- it's Centipede! A joystick won't cut it, Rod, I NEED MY TRACKBALL!! :wtf:

What an amazing collection which was built in only 2 years   *%*

The range of older games there is amazing but it can't last forever.... *.*

Can you imagine if we lived there with those prices  #@#

Wow and my all time must have is there!  A 1964 Midway FLYING TURNS pinball.  This has the two cars that move around a track in the backbox as you score.

I used to play this machine in the early 1970s in Rosebud on the Mornigton Peninsula.

Nino,

I'm thinking seriously of going to see Queensryche in Seattle next US tour - sits as a much higher priority than pinball  *%*
