Step 1.   Open door, remove lock down bar, remove glass and lift the playfield  @.@

Step 2.   Undo the two screws \ Bolts holding the Coil Stop in place and remove the coil stop. Then slide the coil out of the front bracket and leave hanging

Step 3   Remove the entire base plate by removing the four screws.  Then remove the front coil bracket and clean up the plate and bracket

Step 4   Unsolder the End of Stroke switch and unscrew the bracket from the playfield now remove the two screws holding on the EOS switch and give the bracket a clean

Step 12  Manually check that everything works freely before tightening up the flippers

Step 13  Repeat this for other flipper then have a game or two and enjoy the results

Ive added a few before and after shots and some comparisons to show the worn parts compared to the new im amazed at how bad they were

Did the EOS switch need adjusting?

No worked straight out of the pack.    It was a real suprise how much spring the new ones have compared to the old ones

Cool, adjusted right out of the packet! Re-building flippers is a great job for novices to get their hands dirty with. It isnt very hard, and the results make the biggest difference to the game.
