Aussie Smashes Galaga Record!

Yep, an Aussie has just broken the Galaga World Record... And broken it by a country mile!

Passing the previous mark of 2.7 million set by an American, Andrew Laidlaw, in 2007, Mr Day's score of 3.44 million is the culmination of six months' training and practice.

lol  I have one too i think

but from the hey day  they are really only worht peanuts now with all the 48 in 1s and so on
still if and when i keep one I will have a orginal

That's exactly why I have them here. The 48in1's and 60in1's are nice, but they're not quite right... If you know your games well enough, you can pick the difference/problems.

And yeah, the original boards really aren't worth much now... except to the die hard collectors.
