Star trek DE 25

My Star Trek 25 DE has a problem though multiball
when multiball is achieved, 2 balls instead of  1 is spat out into the lane and wont auto fire.
once the ball is drained the 2 ball are shot into the playfield.

Also the upper left ramp wont go down into the lowered position.

Any Ideas??

Check to see if the correct number of balls are installed.  If correct, take a look at the trough switches.

Make sure to test each of the trough switches in the switch test. Use a ball to activate each one and move it through slowly using your finger.

In the switch test, make sure the correct name of the switch comes up on the display, and you don't have multiple switches displaying in quick succession.
