Oneday you decide to sell your item to Harry-lubralips, he owns it now and he decides to fix some of it up sweet. However Harry doesnt find it challenging anymore so.....
Harry sells it to Sally-swing-those-hips. She owns it now, and is entitled to make another bit of that item sweet.
It goes on this way, one owner sweetening it up, and then getting bored with it. Then oneday you find yourself with the opportunity to purchase the item again. How good does it look now! All those previous owners did a great job!
