What a good night! Rod, Braddo and I caught a ride with Tony (thanks, mate), so it was a pleasant drive.
Met up with other pinheads for a quick drink and a bite before it started (some I knew, some new faces) and then we headed over to the theater. What a good turnout! To be fair, many were friends and family of the producers, I think, but I'm sure there were other enthusiasts there as well.
It was educational (for me, anyway) and very entertaining. I laughed out loud at a few moments, and at some of the 'pingeeks' but have to admit, I thoroughly enjoyed this documentary and look forward to the DVD.
Tony, my heart went out to you mate, during those terrible scenes where innocent pinball machines were being cruelly clubbed to death or even set on fire. I know how hard that must have been for you to endure, but I'm proud of you - you didn't cry after all!
