Firstly it was great talking today mate and excellent to see you posting again.

I remember seeing this game at Mike's before it left for Queensland and was very impressed with the original condition of the game. There is no mention on the IPDB who the artist was - but it HAD to be Roy Parker!

Very pretty game  *%*

My enthusiasm towards woodrails was rekindled when I started seeing threads like this. Now I'm VERY keen to own a few !

Gee! You dug this thread out!

Mate.. i moved and she got taken apart and put in a corner... funny thing is that i was looking et her yesterday and thinking how nice it would be to get her up and running... im selling a few woodies, and id like this one to stand in a place for good.

I managed to get her running bar one fault.. and thats no current to pull in a coil.. i have voltage,, no current!

Shes a lovely game from 1948.
I promised i wouldnt work on any of my machines until Fezla's PF was done..

... Well guess what....

Mate,

I have no idea how many were made... it was popular in its time though. Was the first machine to have the flippers placed at the bottom... from then on, this was the norm

I resorted to Google which told me that "the circuit is broken and current cannot flow"  .. DOH .. I should have thought of that myself  &^&
