What Pins Can You Recognise - New Container
« on: February 10, 2011, 08:45:37 PM »
I heard a little rumour that a new container of Pins had arrived in Victoria and containing a lot of 1980s pins.  Well I can confirm its true.  Mark C has these Pins in storage.  Here are some photos.  Anyone recognise any titles from the cabinets in the photos?

I am sooo excited as I hope to get over to Bayswater tomorrow to have a look first hand...Bring em on the more machines brought in the better for us collectors..

Here are some pics...

Great to see Mark C is doing well and has lots of new titles.   Excellent.  ^^^

I am sure he could be persuaded to provide a list of whats for sale. Maybe a few nice Black Knights or Black Knight 2000's. Great late 80's pins.  ^^^ ^^^

WOW  #*# Went and look at these machines and all I can say is WOW.

Too many titles too remember, but here are some that I recall, Paragon, Gorgar, Rocky, Firepower, Clown, Devil Rider, Electra, Sinbad, Gottlieb Spiderman, Meteor, Flight 2000, Nine Ball, Strikes & Spares, Raven, Stellar Wars, Monte Carlo, Space Shuttle, Soccer Kings, Rapid Fire, Victory, and HEAPS AND HEAPS of others that I cannot remember.

Most look like they will come up VERY NICELY indeed.

Yeah there sure are some great titles there Dean, certainly a few "wishlisters" for me anyway, wish I had the time to get over there and have a look for myself.

But I must say I am very surprised that Nino hasn't been for a look or even posted up a comment yet!
There was once a time when the opening of a container full of "classics" would have sent him into a frenzy :lol

Chris, I let others do the drooling these days as I am famous for being a little "over the top" when it comes to classics. I am VERY satisfied that dealers are now targetting older machines as for a while there I thought I was the only one that wanted "classic" containers.  Kudos to all dealers bringing in older machines.

Since importing my own "classic" containers, I find myself immersed nearly every weekend in my own aisles of machines. I don't get "out" much these days ! I'm just glad there are plenty of pinheads appreciating the older machines.

Amen to that dude  ^^^ ^^^ ^^^ ^^^ Im also glad to see the local parts suppliers catering more and more all the time for the older pins as well   $#$ $#$

I definitely prefer the older SS and EM machines over the newer ones, though a few people have been telling me i need at least one later multiball machine in my collection!! that MAY well happen soon  #@# #@# #@# #@#
