I tried at least 30 times Over the course of two weeks before I threw in the towel and drove over there.

It's worth the money. It's worth getting stuffed around with zero customer support. It's a quality product and the cost will very shortly be outweighed by the convenience and usability.

Felix is a nice bloke when you can get hold of him. I've had the same trouble before with phone call after phone call and ignored emails. He did call though once I sent him a fax. on sale for $149 . I am wondering if it would do the job ?

I have been using this type for the last 3 years - Works a treat but you have to add some blocks of wood to get the height.
Slides through all machine era legs.

but its lifting height is 50cm less than the Repco one. Yours looks to be the same as the Repco one I'm guessing

on sale for $149 . I am wondering if it would do the job ?

I ended up buying one of these ATV lifters from repco, i made a wooden box to sit on the lift arms to get the hight required
and i must say it works very well.

An old thread, but not sure if still need info for owners re trolleys. Bought the red one with chrome handle, and works a treat on both standard and wide body machines. now costs $275 from Coopers Plains in Brisbane.

Yeah I bought one of these too for $210 from General Tools.
Great trolley but the only problem is that you can get it far enough under the machine from the front, some machines are too back heavy and the trolley doesn't lift the back.
It will be fine though once I make a bracket to angle the handle.

Just rip the handle off, it serves no real purpose, i threw mine out the day i got it, and haven't ever felt the need for a handle

Same here... handle gone and just push the machine itself

Not sure if I've shown you guys ? 
This is my custom made Pinball trolley, put about 6 months of thought into it .
It lifts to about 1m to get the pin it onto the back of a ute etc etc
Can pivot vertically
Has a fork attachment, so you can palletize the pin .
