Hello!
« on: September 18, 2008, 02:19:05 PM »
Hi guys,
Its good to see so many familiar faces on a site just for us pinheads, well done boys!

For those that don't already know me, I have been interested in pinballs for many years, bit the bullet and purchased a 1978 Gottlieb Dragon in need of a resto.  Finished that and sold it to finance the purchase of a High Speed 2: The Getaway, then the bug set in.  In the years to come I saved my pennies and searched for a Whitewater in decent condition with a topper, then recently found a Twilight Zone for a reasonable price.  I am in the middle of the TZ makeover at the moment, everything off, polished up and just begining to rebuild.  My WH20 is next for a tidy up but will have to wait patiently as I am very time poor, with a 2.5yr old son and 7mth old twin boys, plenty of shitty nappies to keep me busy

Keep up the good work!

Regards,
Matt ;D

G'day Matt...

Lots of familiar faces here at AP... All the ugly ones  :D

Interestingly enough, the "Snowball" effect works all the time.. First you buy a game in need of work. You sell the game and use the $$ to buy another project or two... You sell those games and all of a sudden you have a TZ / TAF or CV !!!
