PINBALL IN "THE THING" MOVIE
« on: October 22, 2011, 12:32:59 AM »
There is a pinball machine in the original 1982 movie called "The Thing" starring Kurt Russell etc. (machine shown alot during movie) Backglass Photo below !

The funny thing is, the machine is called "Heat Wave" which is ironic since the movie is set in the FROZEN ice area of the Antarctic on a remote science station !  %.%

A link to the machine is below. Someone who wrote the movie had a great sense of humour.  ^^^

The 1982 version of the thing is a remake not the original, although it is a very good film in it's own right.
