I can't help with the playfield colours but found this a little while ago which may be of help for the cabinet colours for the playboy and other games.

If you could send me a sample I could get pretty close.
I have a printout from my Roland Versacamm SP 300showing most shades of different colours in increments of 10%
Bear in mind that different printers run different profiles so what may be right on one printer can be miles out on another.

sorry don't really understand what your talking about. ok nice to know you have a big printer!
but my problem is i have 2 playfields with flaky blue and so i thought by getting the colour in RGB, CMYK or PANTONE I could get some paint made up for the airbrush
