Pinball machines everywhere
« on: March 07, 2012, 09:47:30 PM »
Is it just me or am I seeing pinball machines everywhere - via the box on the wall that is.

American Pickers - Check
Storage Wars - Check
Pawn Stars - Check
Hardcore Pawn - Check
Auction kings - Check

I really enjoy watching these shows, guessing the value of other people junk, etc.  But damn there seems to be a really big coinop revival theme with a lot of these shows on TV.

Who saw Storage (stooge) Wars the other week when they found a mint looking Black Pyramid in the corner, estimated value $400.00  &&
Disco Fever the other night, lovely looking machine, estimated value $600.00 I think it was.

Lots of penny arcade stuff to.

Last Thursday Jack Black was on The Today Show and he also mentioned his love of pinball. No pictures or footage of the silver ball though.

Out of those I watch American Pickers on free-to-air. They do have pinball machines every now and then - in one of the latest episodes they bought an Evil Knievel for $900.
