Stern Iron Maiden.

http://www.ipdb.org/search.pl?any=iron+maiden&searchtype=quick#1270

Ok-would have liked to have set up 2 different polls, however kept it to one and would like to know your thoughts on prices on an unrestored, not working but complete Iron Maiden in around 9/10 condition as well. ( A quick description on why you think its worth x amount and what you think it is worth unrestored. )

So what do you guys think ?

Never seen one fullstop. Bloody awesome looking thing though. 1.5 to 2k? You would pay more of course when its your hearts desire.

But is it as good as my Elektra?
lol

It screams "rare", and it is a unique machine. I've never seen one in the flesh, and I'd love to, if given the opportunity. "Rare" does not translate to "Valuable" or "desirable". GTB "Raven" is also "rare"

How much is it worth ?

Depends on how much you are willing to pay. If is it your "Holy Grail" - then money is no object.

Sounds like $2000 would be a starting point, although a 9/10 for a machine this vintage would be very rare.

I voted 3K to 3.5K

Why? I see pins like EK, KISS, Joker Poker and similiar pins from that era sell on the private market (forget eBay) all the time. Read an article years ago that most of them went to Europe.

My guess is $3K - $3.5K

Not many around, and probably sought after by Iron Maiden fans.

Highly sought after in USA also... i have been told by one of my USA friends to do myself a favour, ditch my crap and purchase this machine. By all accounts...its a damn good machine to play also.

Price wise?? Well in USA youd be looking at $2500US for a good example

Hmmm, this would put it in the $3.5K to $4K, bracket, then. Or maybe even more.

Well they can chuck a few tomatoes at me as well mate.

Crappy artwork and there is no way this machine is based around anything to do with the MIGHTY Iron Maiden metal band....it doesnt even look like they attempted to create a game / art based on the original egyptian torture device named an 'Iron Maiden'....to me it looks like they drew a girl with a couple of big kahoona's, put some type of steel outfit on here and named her Iron Maiden and based a machine on that. !!!

No thanks for me ! *.*
