Here is a new product just in the proto-type stage where Laseriffic laser etch / engrave into some acrylic and then it is placed where the hologram would go (I think) and then edge lit.

It's a option that is better than no hologram.

unfortunately this has been canned at this stage due to license issues.

But good news is that Rick at Planetary Pinball will be soon producing various Creature items (hoping the hologram is part of the plans) as well as Monster Bash items.

So expect to see some new items hit the market - not sure if this will push the value up on these machines.

Licencing issues... what a joke.
Its a piece of laser cut acylic that is edge lit... were i to send a file to a member with a laser cutter we could knock these out all day long.
Creature would look slightly different so its not a true representation of the original

Laseriffic got cold feet, even though there was huge interest, he made enquiries and then removed all photos of his creation, probably what is here is the few still in circulation - if I could artistically draw I would follow this up.

If you made them I would buy one off you in a heat beat as sure a few others would, bugger paying $300-400 for a holo where the laser etched one looks cool.

I have a large laser machine and also access to any LEDs you might need - I also don't give A TOSS about the licensing as I am of the belief that ANY and EVERY owner has the RIGHT to repair/maintain his/her machine....

Send the file and it shall be done!
