I just bought a HUO Lord of the Rings and this is my first Stern pinball. In the service menu I can find "Standard Audit 14: Total Plays". Is this the total number of games played since this machine was sold brand new or can this be reset by any means?

"Standard audit" 14 - total plays - can be reset by a "factory reset" in the menu.

Only "Earnings Audit" 14 - coin meter - is not reset.

Do you have a copy of the manual?

I don't know much about this machine but assume you could also just take the batteries out with the power off to reset. Of course everything else will reset back to factory also, but handy to know when one of your mates beats your highest score.  *)*

Ah oke, thanks! Well my intentions were not to reset this, but to see if it is a reliable way to check the total number of games played since the game was new. I guess not  &&

Still like the LOTR A LOT  @@*
