Here is a guy on ebay with a heap of alternate tranlites - Getaway 2 looks good.

They're all good but I like the Raven one the most. %$%

Tales from the Crypt looks great, but the original is ok IMO.

I can understand the shadow and genesis, but the others had good artwork to begin with  *!@

I received my Congo custom translite. Not overly impressed - the colours are less vibrant than the sample at ebay. You can compare:

John, add some coloured LEDS behind it in the appropriate places and it might lift it considerably.

Typical of a single strike back print... the backlighting just washes it out.
All backlit prints need to be double strike.. makes blacks black, greens green etc

Also, another really cool mod for Congo, is a green perspex thin lense cover over the DMD to make it bright green.

I saw a picture recently and it looked great. Find somewhere who sells green perspex or a pinball mods place who does one, it was the best mod i have seen for a Congo because the geen DMD really suits it. Also, a set of mirror blades. See if Swinksy has any left ?

Started replacing incandesent bulbs with color LED's. Starting to come up very well. I'll have to visit Cavey tomorrow and grab some more. Much happier.
