that looks great, this is still on my very long list of things for my shop, wondering if i built a box and you neon the thing? what needs to be done to the inside to accommodate all the neon stuff?

The pics in the last lot of [photos make it look like the R is out of line... its not, but i cant get the whole sign in square on unless i go right back a couple of meters.
Anyway heres a distant shot cropped and a few at different angles..

...Customer very happy

Custom built box with cut to size high density foam to ship the sign... failing a truck driving over this, its impossible to damage.
Length of aluminium screwed to top edge is the other half of "Z" bracket which attaches to the wall... this sign then simply slides down over the top and sits securely in place.
Will attach 2 handles on the top edge to ease lifting.. courier picks up tomorrow.. Tony will have his sign by Thursday..
