I mostly agree with Wotto - his observations of both ST and WOZ pretty much sum up my experiences.

I think the top right flipper on ST is a waste of space however. The money could have been spent on much better features.

Very bright, very fast and I think overall a good package - I'm also not a big fan of ST but the pin is very well done.

The LE will be interesting, only 30 mostly pre-ordered will be arriving to Australia late November.

You would think Steve Ritchie would start slowing down closer to retirement! Excluding the wide bodies, there aren't any slow SR machines.

RGR is in the midst of uploading some more videos of the next version of code and posted some noticeable changes on pinside

Thought I would also mention:
- Extra ball is in the code.
- First round of modes completed lights Mission Multiball
- Second round of modes lights Mini Wizard mode.
- Third round of modes completed lights Final Wizard mode
- Warp drive has been updated to have its own combo awards (YAY)
- There is no Super Jackpot in Multiball (Booooo)
- When playing the mode, if there are no shots lit the next mode can be lit by hitting the ball under the right flipper and back in the shooter lane.
- The 2nd round of modes have different animations. The 3rd dont have any lol... Guess they have not got round to this.

- Whilst playing on volume setting 52, globes and plastic parts were falling off.. Can be expected.

The only thing I noticed was warp drive combo inclusions. Not sure about the wizard modes since I did not get a chance to find out if they were there the last time I played it. I guess you can see from the next set of videos if there were any changes, but overall nothing that drastically changed the game play.

I have to say I am looking forward to the LE. I just love the shots of this game. So much control. This is the best shot making Stern imo. The ramps are just the right width. They dont drain when coming back down.

A BIG thing for me is the loop shots dont hit the slings... FINALLY!!!!! This allows for far more flow. Ball times are not that much longer as a result but the game is far more enjoyable.

I really can't see the advantage in having a single CPU and driver board in one.
The main disadvantage of a single board is if you have a flipper or coil driver MOSFET fail you can't just swap the board and take it back to the work shop for repairs.
You would have to bring a USB stick with you and load the software for the game then adjust all the setting for pricing and so on.
Personally I bring all the gear to replace the MOSFET on site but not all repairs do this.

If you haven,t played this game yet, you need to! It is a killer. Even the pro model is sweet.
I am no Star Trek fan at all, but, what a beast.
Fast, fun, visually exciting, sounds cool, shots feel just right, rule set seems OK and it has a lot of  !!@ factor
I swear if it was another theme I would be all over this in a heart beat.
For the first time I really believe STERN Has lifted it,s game in response to the onslaught of competitors
I can truly see the demand for extra coin now and can only anticipate the next title and how they intend to beat this one
If it isn't broke, it isn't pinball.

I have decided to get my first ever N.I.B pinball to add to my collection Sterns Star Trek, pro.
Played it at Pinfest Caves Beach and I was very impressed with it.
A.M.D. told me another shipment will arrive in November from Stern.
Feeling excited  $#$

Nice buy and enjoy your first NIB experience. I have gravitated to Steve Ritchie pinballs for many years and ST is looking to be a cracker. By all means do not neglect your older pins now that you will get a newbie. I think having one or more from every era would truly be pinball heaven.
