I had a bit of spare time this morning and pulled off the board and took a few pics for you, the stand offs are approx 22mm high, and are standard hex standoffs. You should be able to find these easily enough.
I thought you were missing the board so have taken a couple of pics of it, but didn't measure the plastic diverter you were after, From memory it is about 10mm thick you should be able to work out the diameter by where the optos sit if you have the board.
