Hi guys have a local guy tell me he has a sega/stern Harley Davidson coming over that he won on eBay but it's from the US does anyone know what's involved in converting it to run on Aussie mains???    Voltage won't be an issue just the 60hz-59hz side worries me

Just the usual jumpering on the transformer and lead / plug.

HOWEVER - there is an issue with the bike motor and aussie Hz.... It caused me just a couple of headaches on a mates machine ( Jeff!)

I'll email the service bulletin to you now for that.  Easy fix.
