Nice one, I visually checked all the fuses before and looked fine, checked again after your post with a multimeter and found F116 blown. Off to shops to get a new one. Thanks heaps.

Don't just replace the blown fuse with the same value - check with the manual or the fuse identification chart in the backbox to ensure you are replacing it with the right value. Very common to see the wrong fuse values.
