Contacts in the score reels and bonus unit arnt always making good contact. Try tightening the switch stack on the offending reels and bonus unit and run a piece of paper between them to make sure there clean
Thanks, the bonus unit's working well now...the switches were a little bit out of alignment. I checked, cleaned and tightened the reel switches but I still get the score reels not resetting to zero every time.
