Hi Brett,

I think you will find that the machine was once sited in Queensland where all machines had to be "registered" and the registration label clearly displayed. Commonly this label was placed on the apron under a piece of clear perspex which was held in place by two small screws.

That sounds about right to me. I remember Qld had that registration thing and yes it is a Qld machine.

Mystery solved I would say but some of the answers were fun!
