I got all the parts from RTBB, but in the end I treated the pin and went with brand new whole flipper assemblies. Just put them in tonight, and yes, they are heaps snappier, and have more power as well, especially the top flipper. Next on my list is getting the Kickback to hit the extra ball/burn rubber/video mode hole more often than not, as most of the time it currently misses. Machine is levellled to what the manual suggests, and dead level across the playfield, so not sure what the problem is...

...and my supercharger gate is getting slack again. Have sourced a whole new ramp assy, may spring for that...

You can adjust the guide by loosening the screw and moving it

+1.  Have a look at the metal guide rail where the ball runs against when kicked out.  As KTM450 suggested there is a screw (into the playfield) which you can loosen (phillips head normally) and just tickle the ramp either left or right until it hits the sweet spot.

Re the supercharger gate...Not sure what you mean.  Is it opening not quick enough?
