My Timewarp backglass nearly dropped out and smashed on me once.
When I checked the locator groove at the bottom of the glass, the previous owners had let broken fuse glass fill up the groove in the headbox and the glass wasn't sitting in there properly.
I caught it just in time, but I nearly cacked my pants.
