I have a FRANKENSTEIN. I reckon try n see if shutting the coin door changes it, or keep the coin door open but press the switch in on the door that the coin door would normally close, and u shld then have access to the menu settings.
Without checking mine, I am sure you can navigate the menu settings by using flippers n start button etc with coin door interlock switch closed.
Give that a try n come back to me if it doesnt work, and i will go out to my FRANKY and have a good look. (I have to replace some fuses this next day or so cause mine blew a fuse yesterday and i cant start mine properly til i change out a few fuses, otherwise i would tell u straight away if my coin door switch theory is correct or not).
