Hey Jason
              The board in your first photo is your sound board the second photo looks to be your power supply for your sound board.

   If you have some sOunds id rule out your power supply as the fault.     

   First thing to check is the connectors they are at the end of there lifesPan even if they were well loomed after try removing and re seating these a couple of times if this fixes the problem may be worth replacing the pins.  Prick of a job but only needs to be done Once
