Hey Jason
              The board in your first photo is your sound board the second photo looks to be your power supply for your sound board.

   If you have some sOunds id rule out your power supply as the fault.     

   First thing to check is the connectors they are at the end of there lifesPan even if they were well loomed after try removing and re seating these a couple of times if this fixes the problem may be worth replacing the pins.  Prick of a job but only needs to be done Once

ok thats the board i thought it was, i was also wondering as the rock encore came out as a upgrade for the Rock machine, mine is not an upgrade, but from what i have found the upgrade as far as to playing side was sound upgrade, assuming they used the same boards could my machine be playing off the sound on one board? meaning maybe im just getting the sound a rock machine had before an upgrade to rock encore? its just funny it plays certain things, the parts that are playing are consistant.
i will check like yo usaid above, also what is that board i listed that isnt connected to anything?
