Bally Gilligans Island
« on: February 27, 2013, 11:59:32 PM »
Found a nice and tidy Bally Gilligans Island at the Georges River Sailing Club at Sandringham N.S.W.
Went there on Saturday with my job but was un able to play a game as I was on duty with my job.  !!!
Has l.e.d.s and looks awsome.
Looks like its sited by the Pinball People.
$1.00 a credit and 10,million for a free game.
Will be going back for a game....

Its very hard to find a Gilligans with colour in the cabinet. That machine looks very nice.
Also, its a game which is alot of fun, and the music on the machine is awesome.
I put LEDS in my Gilligans, and it made a huge huge difference, espescially in the top blue inserts.

I reckon you will enjoy the game alot, just collect all the ingredients (shells, turtle eggs, rope, coconuts and so on) and once u collect all the ingredients, you shoot the large red arrow (sinkhole) and its like u have tipped the seltzer down the Volcanos mouth (Kona) then u have to shoot the spinning jungle run mechanical roundabout.   U will see what i mean anyway. Its alot of fun, and very addictive for a early Bally title.
**Thanks for sharing. Its good to see one in the wild, espescially one in such great condition with colour.

Its straight forward, not too deep, but alot of fun. Hard to get one under apx $1800 to $2200.  A bit more if it has nice cabinet colour.
When u play a game like this, its nice because it doesnt have too much going on at once, and it reminds u that simple is sometimes the best.
U see the occassional one on Ebay, but they get snapped up by familys espescially and anyone who has seen the video.lol
It sounds silly me saying this, but the audio/Gilligans Island theme song and music is addictive on this title, and u find yourself singing along to it.lol
