Flipper Bat Design
« on: November 10, 2013, 12:48:49 PM »
I am just modelling up some parts for a project and I don't have any old crappy DMD flipper bats and the bat I am doing the model off looks like a WMS copy as no logo on it:

Q1 - has anyone every cracked a bat around the post to see what keeps it in place - guessing a spline or a knurl effect - Can anyone confirm please?
Q2 - does this underneath support structure look similar to a WMS flipper bat?
Q3 - are the WMS bats better than the copies? why?
