went and played one today at a local timezone, paid for one game and won 6 games so got great value for my $2.

It was quite a fun game and seemed to be newer code since I played a earlier one. The modes change with each car challenge with no ramp or with ramp and the first song was a classic beachie song which was cool.

Cool pin and would be a nice one to add a few nice mods to.

I don't quite get why Mustang gets such a bad rap - can only really put it down to the theme not being everyone's cup of tea. Rolling Stones - well I have had a bit of a laugh at it (at least half tongue-in-cheek), but I have played it & on location would definitely play it. At least it's different, even if after a few games you want to take the glass off & belt mick lol.
I enjoy Porsche, Gibson LPs, Bally-Williams & learning about pinball maintenance & restoration.

Not quite on this Mustang thread, but...

I've played a bit of Avengers LE at Melbourne Luna Park recently.  I love it - that is also given a bad wrap.  It definitely has issues regarding bad visibility in a few spots, and the ball being trapped.  But when its all working, its not bad.  Many shots are hard to hit, but I like that.

Yes, I have the Hulk LE and love bashing the balls and making the tight shots especially Black Widow. It is a great game and unless you can push it to beyond 10 minutes play per game, you can not appreciate the deep rule set. It is a great multi ball player.

I am sure that games like Mustang and Avengers do not get the due respect. If you play one or two games in the wild, you will not even touch the tip of the iceberg so to speak. Home use players have the luxury of playing these games to their full potential and trying different things on free play (well once you get over the NIB price shock).

I am hoping to do decent videos of the games I have one of these days.

Just watching an episode of the the TV show Daredevil and there's acouple of guys playing a Mustang only they'd removed the game sounds and dubbed Chimes in.  !@#
I guess pinball still = Chimes to TV producers.

John Trudeaus first pin back at Stern being Mustang was a cracker.
The artwork Ford designed on the Pro cabinet isnt as cutting edge as I would have liked but the game itself and lightshow on the Playfield is stunning in a low lit room. A good fun game with plenty of great shots.

I agree about getting to know a game at home versus on location. You get a lot more intimate (not in a weird way) when it's yours and you can explore every inch of it at home. Feeling rushed when playing a game onsite makes u miss a lot of the games personality. If Stern did a Chevy pin, maybe it would be a hit as well.

If no one else can help and have the chance to help you with your superb mods and get a freebie. I will put my hand up as a few WA crew have them.

Hi everyone
Is this game available to play anywhere in Melbourne?

A bit late but in Broadmeadows shopping centre arcade - across from the theatre. It's an LE and plays flawlessly.
