I showed this game to the guy I do a bit of neon for.. he is the guy with all the classic cars in the large shed and owned the whole Bryan Byrt FORD dealership for many years.. if anyone lives and breathes FORD it is this man. He also has a few arcade games in the shed including a pinball. His take on it was that it was a mess and if it didn't have the tag MUSTANG it could be any machine and so it was a resounding pass for him.

Without even playing the game?? Interesting as I'll make my final call on the game once I've played it :-)

Point being made is that its not a given that FORD people will buy it.. it could well be a great player but then again so are 1000's of other machines.. but as a FORD game, it doesn't scream FORD

But with Mustangs on the sides and back glass that to me screams ford doesn't it? Ford logos on the PF and with shots that are car related I'm not sure what you mean? Anyway all good it's pinball and whatever or whoever releases a title it's debatable :-)

The Mustang game screams Mustang, not Ford, cause Ford isn't prominent all over it with the famous FORD blue oval.

But given the FORD blue oval badges come in many sizes and types, its a easy mod to add say Ford badges to the coindoor and say back box hinges. You could put a Blue Ford NEON on top of the machine, then it screams FORD MUSTANG. Still a winner for me.

I purchased my VIPER NIGHT DRIVIN unplayed, just from the photos alone, and what a FAST, cool, and fun, unique car pinny.
Mustang will be enough for people who are MAD about FORD. People who are warm about FORD, prob not.

In my opinion, any excuse to buy something Pinball and Ford/Mustang I like, will do.

Go the mighty FORDS.

The guy who used to own the FORD dealership, might just buy one afterall, after playing one or seeing one in the flesh perhaps....
Nothing beats standing in front of a Brand New in Box Machine and turning on the go Button.

Add in the revv-ing of a FORD motor, and awayyyyyyy weeeeee gooooooo ! vroom vroom.lol  %.%

I don't think Gav likes Sterns Pete, any Sterns.lol  but I could be wrong.....lol   Ahhh its all good, I don't like older pinnys before the late seventies so its all personal choice.lol....or lack thereof in my case.  @@^

I do have to admit, a 1 or 2 yr old SS Commodore does look massively more sportier than the Ford at the moment.
AND I went n had a look today at the brand new Commodore model (heavily American/USA inspired with a smaller boot/rear end, and gee its a really world class car. For the first time in my life, I actually thought/thinking of buying one if the price is right. Luxury Sports are the first two words that came to mind. Real nice Car.

I hope FORD is doing something special with the updated Falcon about to hit dealerships, if the rumours are true of the new model release.

I wonder if STERN will do another make/manufacturer of car pinny. Chevy or Dodge. Who knows.

I didn't see this post Pete, until after I did my last 2 posts. my fault.  @.@

I was only agreeing with Gav, cause technically, FORD has made a smallish  #@# mistake with the Mustang pinny in that IT DEFINATELY doesn't have enough FORD on it for my liking as a HUGE Ford fan. So technically, it screams Mustang because I guess most ford nuts in the USA know Mustang is a FORD, prob even women buyers in the USA....but Aussies, will they know its Ford from a distance, prob not.

For the hell of it, I am going to a FORD truck dealer tomorrow to the spare parts division, to buy the biggest FORD blue logo/badge for a truck, to keep for a Topper.

I will report back n take a photo of the BIGGEST Ford Grill badge I can Find....shld be as big as a loaf of bread.  !@#
If it costs too much, stuff it, but being plastic etc, it shld come in under the budget....stay tuned... ^^^

Bathurst has a global cult following, especially now with other  manufacturers allowed in. Not that silly a thought.
If it isn't broke, it isn't pinball.

I am told (and hoping) the fist or 2nd update for the Pro will mean 8 songs. A little birdy says that the Prem/LE will endup having a min 12, and  Pro 8.

Early days but you are right so far swinksy(u would make a dam good detective), glad I didn't upset u in another life, or this one.lol

Now u are making me want to drive to hear the songs. Timezone here we come. !

After playing the pro machine today the guitar riff style music fits the theme perfectly. More of that can only make it better IMO.
