Unless it's broken why get a new one. It's has a cover on the front and the back is not seen.I just cleaned my one up and sourced a new cover plate.

I'd rather buy local but I had trouble finding these myself 12 months or so ago. Ended up getting them from Best of Pinball http://www.bestofpinball.de/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/120/products_id/13196I'd be interested to see if anyone else has another point of sale for them but this where I brought them from. Best of pinball delivery can take awhile to turn up but if there are issues they will sort you out. They're a good source for for hard to come by coils as well.
if it is sloppy, then dip it in degreaser and clean the inside shaft with a rag over a scewdriver. These seldom need replacing, just a good clean !
