Our dollar was at one stage $1.17 USA, then down to 71 cents, now back to 81 cents last night.

The dollar has been a mess and makes it hard to put everything into a real context price wise.

if you ever want to compare, this is one of a few good ones to view historical USD / AUD rates
http://www.xe.com/currencycharts/?from=AUD&to=USD&view=1M

that aside Stern's pricing is inconsistent this time round when compared to the model structure of older released machines....

Premium didn't change and LE up $200 so sounds like it is close to the max price point but since it is Kiss looks like they are milking the Pro market which was supposed to be for the Arcade owners to promote pinball going up $500.....

Sneaky Price rise overnight ?

GAME OF THRONES PRO PINBALL - $8150.00
GAME OF THRONES PREMIUM PINBALL - $10,650.00
GAME OF THRONES LIMITED EDITION PINBALL - $12,350.00

KISS PREMIUM PINBALL - $10,650.00 - Well done Stern ! APR Customers that waited for Premium have pulled out. One still left "on the fence" - but this is bad business..

Quick, let's blame the $AUS - Nope - it went UP by almost  by :2cents:

Well I love my KISS LE, but it is definitely my last Stern NIB.

wow, but then not surprised, wait to see what price rises will be in Feb with the rumoured Ghost Busters with a lcd / colour dmd and second playfield

I suppose it is Friday the 13th (Nov.)

Also interesting that all machines across the board went up the same amount. Surely there was some stock that would remain at the lesser prices.

I meant AMD's stock - in the past a machine might go up but older stock remained at a lesser value

Great thread Jady and thanks for starting it.  ^^^

It is good to see how the prices go over time.

Shame of it is I am currently looking for an AC/DC Luci and I don't think I will get it for the price that would have been great (for the seller) 8 months ago!
