At Last....Happy Days

Well gentlemen it is with much joy that after exactly 3 years and 4 days I have finally clocked my flash  $#$.
It's been my goal since day 1 and today I have finally done it.
It was on day 2 of picking it up from Nino that I scored 945,410 which has been the standing high score ever since...who would have thought that it would take another 3 years and 2 days to get the extra lousy 44,590 I needed .
The only down side is that because it clocked it still shows the old high score and I have don't have a witness.
On a side note it's testimony to Nino's restoration work that this 30 year old machine has been played hard for 3 years and other than 1 minor service this machine has not missed a beat.

An achievement like this sounds so much more respectable than " I got $$$$$$ million/billion on xyz game".

I haven't clocked a machine since the 70's and currently have my Strikes and Spares at 875,000 and looking forward to it but who knows when that will be..
