You've come to the right place for advice on this!

Where are you located?  If you're in Melbourne you've hit the jackpot as there are many places to try before you buy!  Especially with Mark bringing in another container tomorrow!  More pins!!

Do you have anything in mind?  Games you've loved and played before?  EM's (old electro-mechanical pins with roll over numbers) or the more modern ones (DMD's) 1990+ or something in between?
My advice would be to find out where your local dealers are, play and play as many machines as you can and find one which gives you that 'hook' to keep coming back.

Thanks all for the welcome.

I like the look of Terminator 2, Jurassic Park, Judge Dredd, Demolition Man. These
type/theme, but i'm sure there are many more suitable. Looks like i'll have to buy privately judging by the
price of pins at dealers. Maybe the ones i've mentioned are out of my price range.

I've placed a bid on a few through Ebay, but haven't ever won.
I've looked on MarkC's ebay site and his seem to start at around $2500, right up
to $10 000.
I've also looked on Bumper Action, Pinball Warehouse, Zax?? websites and a few others.
There's also a local guy up this way who has a new shipment coming in that i'm waiting on to
have a look.

Just have to be patient.
