Help Wanted - Classic Stern Bumper Assemblies Diagram

Hi guys
just wondering if anyone has a diagram with all the part numbers of the classic stern bumpers - the ones with the grey plastic ring instead of the now common metal ring.
Any help would be much appreciated.
