Nice Mitch - I'm more of a Les Paul fan, but your collection is really envious.

I'm left handed, and I have a Strat copy somewhere that I learnt on years ago, but I never had the time to progress. I guess you have to have a real passion to play, and I admire guitar players as just learning guitar is not easy.

One of my closest friends was a co owner of Belman Guitars here in Melbourne. I marveled at the process of making a guitar - all of them were basically done by hand. I wanted to buy a Belman just to hang on the wall.

the dark red one is a copy that i built 20 years ago.

$$(  Hooooooly shiiiiiiit.  I don't play (not bad on guitar hero though), but have always liked looking at good guitars being played by great guitarists, as odd as it sounds.  The great players make me drool and I love watching whatever axe they are wielding.

Very impressive collection Mitch, not that you need me to tell you that.

WOW. ^^^

DOUBLE Hoooooolllllllllly Shhhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiittt. Yes you are a Fender man, these are classic's. A humbucker and some steel slide guitars in the back ground as well.
Your advise needed Mitch. I was in a customers house the other day and he offered me a BANJO. Its in good nick with a hard case never heard of the brand "ARIA" before and I have never played one before. So i sat down and played a bit of dueling banjo's to him and is wife "sortof".  He wants $380 for it but will I really ever play it ?  !@#

Very nice collection.

I'm a bass player myself, and you just cant beat the thump from an American Fender Precision. Yes indeed!  ()

Yepp definitely prefer Fenders over anything else.. that stems from the fact that most of my fav players play them.
The steel guitar in the background is a 4 neck Guyatone that belongs to my father, he's had that for about 50 years!(he's a pedal steel guitar player).

I havent had a lot to do with Banjo's, my father has a real nice Fender one. I've dabbled with them a little bit but cant do too much on them unless they are tuned to normal guitar tuning, usually they are tuned to an open tuning (usually open G). Im not too familiar with ARIA brand guitars etc, i always thought they were a cheap brand but i could be wrong?? i guess that something you have to ask yourself.. is it something i will use... or willing to learn to play. But generally if its in good nick, plays and sounds good and is solid and well made is what i look for in any instrument.

Yeah gotta love the old Precision Bass *%* *%*

I've got a copy one that i used to gig with years ago. i have absolutely no idea what brand it is, as it had a screw on name plate thats been removed. its also unusual in that the neck is thin at the nut, like a Fender Jazz bass. so its basically a Precision copy with a Jazz bass neck !@#
