I've just found this thread and read it from start to finish. What an absolutely beautiful restore job! Congratulations Marco - you should be extremely proud of what you've achieved. I'm a long time Trek fan and remember playing this machine in my youth so it brings back fond memories. Hope to see this in flesh one day. It's simply awesome!  ^^^

Just visiting... I'm nearly complete with my STBally restore here in the states:
http://www.austinmodders.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=2316
and my first page comment is:
"WTF! Whose bright f'in idea was it to paint the cabinet white!"
Your cabinet looked a million times better than mine... mine was faded to grey and the paint was flaking off in areas. But someone thought it's be a perfect idea to paint it white.
:vomit:

Your PF was in ideal condition too - again compared to mine.

Page 4: Booo! decals! Real men restore the paint! :P
Page 7: wow - that wax turned out nice.

Very nice work. The cards were a nice touch... as is the keychain.

So; where's your STNG pin? ::runs away as I think I poked a bees nest::  !*!

Thanks for the warm reception - posted in the intro thread as requested.
Marco - keep up the good work. Nice to see another restore done differently.
